EAMC – European Asset Management Committee

Driving Asset Mangement
excellence across Europe
About EAMC
The EFNMS Asset Management Committee (EAMC) is a working body within the European Federation of National Maintenance Societies (EFNMS). It brings together experts from national maintenance societies to promote, harmonize, and advance Asset Management knowledge, standards, and competence development within EFNMS. This way, EAMC focuses on promoting and developing Asset Management across Europe.
EAMC supports EFNMS and its member societies in advancing Asset Management knowledge, harmonizing practices, and building competence.
Vision
To strengthen the position of EFNMS as a European leader in Maintenance and Asset Management.
Mision
To enable member societies to develop and apply good Asset Management practices that create sustainable value for organizations and society.
Why Asset Management Matters
Asset Management complements Maintenance by focusing on value creation throughout the whole life cycle of assets, hence coordinating activities in different business functions and processes. It helps organizations balance cost, risk, and performance, ensuring that assets contribute effectively to their objectives. EFNMS recognizes Asset Management as a strategic concept for improving maintenance performance and its position within organizations.
